1. What does PixelProof offer?

PixelProof offers services for creating custom digital menus for restaurants, cafes, food trucks, shops, events, and other professional activities.

We create designs tailored to your brand, colors, logo, menu, prices, and needs.

2. Do I receive a physical product?

No. PixelProof only offers digital services.

No physical product is shipped. Final files are delivered by email or secure link.

3. What types of files will I receive?

Depending on the chosen package, you may receive your files in the following formats:

  • PNG
  • JPG
  • PDF
  • TV screen format
  • Mobile-friendly format
  • Social media-friendly format
  • Digital print format, if included in the package

Editable source files are not included, unless otherwise stated in the package or agreed upon in writing before the order.

4. Which package should I choose?

The choice depends on your project.

  • Discovery Package: for a simple menu or a small project
  • Launch Package: to start with a professional design
  • Silver Package: for a complete menu with multiple sections
  • Growth Package: for a more advanced menu with more content
  • Gold Package: for a premium rendering
  • Impact Package: for a strong visual menu, ideal for TV screens or promotions
  • Ultimate Package: for a complete and high-end solution

5. What information do I need to send after ordering?

To start your design, we generally need:

  • Restaurant, shop, or brand name
  • Full menu with prices
  • Menu categories
  • Logo
  • Brand colors
  • Images or photos if available
  • Product descriptions if necessary
  • Desired final format
  • Style example or inspiration if available

The delivery time starts after all necessary information has been received.

6. How long does delivery take?

Each package has its own delivery time.

The exact timeframe is indicated in the package description at the time of order. For example, some packages may require 4 to 6 business days.

The delivery time may be extended if information is incomplete, submitted late, or if significant modifications are requested.

7. How will I receive my order?

Your order is delivered digitally via:

  • Email
  • Secure download link
  • Other digital method agreed upon with you

No physical package will be sent.

8. Are revisions included?

Yes. Each package includes a specific number of revisions.

A revision may include:

  • Text correction
  • Price correction
  • Color change
  • Image replacement
  • Minor layout modification
  • Reasonable graphic adjustment

The exact number of revisions is indicated in each package.

9. What does not count as a simple revision?

A revision does not equate to a complete redesign of the project.

The following are generally not considered simple revisions:

  • Completely changing the style after creation
  • Requesting a new, different menu
  • Adding a large volume of unforeseen content
  • Completely redoing the layout
  • Modifying the initial brief after creation
  • Requesting changes after final validation

These requests may incur additional charges.

10. Can I request a modification after final delivery?

Yes, depending on the situation.

If the modification is part of the revisions included in your package, it can be processed without additional fees.

If the included revisions have already been used or if the request requires significant work, an additional charge may be proposed.

11. Can I cancel my order?

You can request the cancellation of your order before the design work begins.

Once work has commenced, cancellation may not entitle you to a full refund, as the service is customized and design time has already been invested.

12. Can I get a refund?

Yes, in certain situations.

If work has not yet started, you can request a cancellation and refund.

If work has already begun or if files have already been delivered, a full refund is generally not possible because the design is customized.

13. What happens if I am not satisfied with the final delivery?

At PixelProof, we do our best to deliver a professional design that meets the information provided.

If you are not satisfied with the final delivery, you must first use the revisions included in your package.

If, after the included revisions, you are still not satisfied, a request for a partial refund may be considered. PixelProof may retain 20% of the order amount for work already completed and refund up to 80% of the amount paid, depending on the situation.

This rule does not apply if:

  • The final design has already been approved
  • The files have already been used
  • The initial information was incorrect or incomplete
  • The client requests a complete style change
  • The client requests a new menu different from the initial order
  • The included revisions have already been exceeded

14. What happens if I send incorrect information?

The client is responsible for the information sent.

If you send incorrect texts, prices, images, or information, corrections may count as revisions.

If the requested changes require extensive work, additional fees may apply.

15. Can I use my design for my restaurant or business?

Yes. After full payment and final delivery, you can use the delivered files for your professional activity, including:

  • TV screen
  • Digital menu
  • Social media
  • Digital printing
  • Presentation in restaurant, shop, or event

16. Do I need to own the rights to the images and logos I send?

Yes. You must have the right to use all elements you send to PixelProof, such as:

  • Logo
  • Images
  • Photos
  • Texts
  • Brands
  • Menus
  • Illustrations

PixelProof is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues if the elements were provided by the client.

17. Can I request a special format?

Yes. You can indicate the desired format when placing your order or contact us before ordering.

Examples:

  • Horizontal TV format
  • Mobile format
  • Square format for social media
  • PDF format
  • Digital printing format

The final format depends on the chosen package and the information provided.

18. Do you only work with restaurants?

No. Although restaurants, cafes, and food trucks are our main clients, we can also create designs for:
